Remove the fret by releasing the 9 snap locks on either side of the grille.

Lay the speaker on a soft surface, and remove the floor stand by undoing the single nut.

Release the circlip holding the aluminium cone, and slide it off.

Remove the 6 TX15 screws on the face of the heat sink, and the 2 TX20 screws on the bottom of the speaker holding the casting for the cone.

Lift the assembly out into service position, and remove the plugs and 4 TX10 screws securing the amplifier.

Upon reassembly, it is not usually necessary to replace the gaskets unless they are damaged.
