Unscrew the aluminium cap on the top of the acoustic lens, and remove the lens with the two T15 screws now visible.
Undo the three T10 screws holding the tweeter, and unplug the two spring-loaded spade connectors. Ensure the thermal pad is retained from the outgoing part.
